Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Selevera, we strive to deliver exceptional AI photography services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription fees and seed purchases.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are available within 7 days of charge. After 7 days, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period but no refund will be issued.

3. Seed Pack Refunds

Permanent seed pack purchases are non-refundable once seeds have been consumed. If no seeds from a purchased pack have been used, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase.

4. Service Issues

If you experience a service disruption, failed generation, or technical issue that results in seed loss, please contact our support team. We will investigate and issue seed credits or a partial refund as appropriate.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@selevera.com with your account email, transaction details, and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
